Sporty gal.

There was a time I avoided to wear sporty outfits. I don´t know why,
but know I have the feeling that I hide myself behind that cute dresses. I am still wearing cute dresses,
but I am more flexible with everyday. I am starting to feel completely free and more in love with fashion than ever!
Today I am reflecting the flight from moscow and get inspired by the looks of stewardesses.

The outfit makes me look smaller. (I'm 5'7 ") :)

Moscow part two.

Being in another country alone brings a strange feeling.
Besides only a hand full of people understand german or english.
You have time for yourself and the adventure of an unknown city.
I started photographing postcard-esque :)
Inside a shopping mall:
I found that amazing sunnies. Very 70s:
Grey block buildings and kitschy curches all around:
Me in pants again:

All photographed by myself.

Moscow part one!

That was exciting. For our new documentary I accompanied a Russian woman in Moscow. It was the first time that I flew all alone and had a hostel room alone. I was in this big strange city. The mentality is so different. I know why everyone is talking about the beautiful Russian women. The ideal of beauty here is a bit extreme. I have only seen wonderful dolly dressed women. The city is a mix of blocks (, which I love to watch hehe) and pretty kitschy churches.  I have started to learn russian letters. My ancestors came from Lithuania.  I think I should concern myself more with their history .

One evening I was invited to the dinner meal with a russian family.
The table with mirror shows the situation. Russian vodka tastes good :)

has such a wonderful golden shimmer in daylight and artificial light.
So it fits great to Russia I thought. It was my companion through that time
and my hat of course :)
I have made all the pictures except the one sitting infront of the balloons.

Simply sailor.

The heat arrived in my little place. I love the short hair cut...the heat couldn´t make my neck hot anymore. Ha! ;)

Wearing: all new except the vintage sunglasses and handmade tie.

Work outfit.

My time at university comes to an end. Not now but in a few month and I'm going to get more and more aware that it's time to act adult in every way. The sweet vintage dresses will always be a part of me, but to be honest, I feel more and more covered in them. Yesterday I bought my first pants. The outfit shows me on the way home from a film shoting. As you can feel, I am celebrating my way back home like a walk through palms. Of course I have combined vintage elements, but to live an adult live also includes practical garments.
In trousers I feel more active and working.
Also, I have discovered my passion for cycling again. This fits better with trousers :)

My body is made for skirts, shorts and dresses. I don´t feel well represented in pants. Haha.

A block post.

I don´t know the north from so much cities in other countries, but in Germany there are 'block areas'  in all the cities I know. Some are gray, but in my city, this district is getting colorful. I avoided it a long time. A short walk through the neighborhood made me enjoying the colors. Excuse the missing laugh but it is a thinking time.

Wearing: vintage sweater and blouse, selfmade neck tie, bag (you can see it one the pictures ;) ),
new skirt and shoes...and of course a new hair cut. What do you think about?
